Sales Negotiator Job in Hook, Hampshire
Sales Negotiator job working for a premium consultancy that covers the full real estate cycle. Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team near Hook. The role is looking to pay a salary of £25,000 + £3,500 Car Allowance + an OTE upwards of £40,000.
Founded over 100 years ago and with more than 50 offices throughout the UK, it is one of the largest and most established real estate agencies in the UK. They are now looking to add to their busy Sales office in Hook.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet with relevant clients and assess their specific enquiries
- Register and manage applicants
- Conduct occasional market appraisals
- Arrange and join viewings around homes
- Provide regular feedback to clients
- Pitch in with regular new business opportunities
- Demonstrate a good understand and an in-depth knowledge of the current industry.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in property
- Possess excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent negotiating and rapport building skills.
What you get back
- Salary of £25,000
