Position: Office Administration / Sales

Location: Cork City

Salary: €25,000 to €35,000 DOE

Elk is looking for an Sales / Office Administrator for a window and door company based in Cork. The role will require a enthusiastic and energetic individual that is confident on the phone and completely comfortable with a client-facing role. Sales experience is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing Database
  • General office administration
  • Handling phone calls and queries
  • Showroom managemet
  • Showroom sales
  • Organise and tracking quotations

Requirements:

  • Fully efficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Previous experience using a CRM an advantage
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Target driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Attention to detail
  • Versatile and energetic
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Willing to work Saturdays
  • Previous experience with sales is essential
