Internal Sales Representative/Trainee Estimator (Ref: 9619) If you are looking to develop your career in a customer facing commercial environment then we may have just the opportunity for you. We’re currently looking for an Internal Sales Representative/trainee Estimator to join our Bradstone Structural business and play a key role in securing sales across the region. About the Role You will be part of a team who are often the very first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, fax or face to face and you will be responsible for undertaking the estimating process for new and on-going work, preparing cost estimates and ensuring technical compliance and understanding for each job. You’ll be an adept problem solver, be able to build strong customer relationships and demonstrate a good level of commercial acumen. Other key deliverables include Contribute to overall business goals by achieving allocated sales targets for given territories and products Ensuring all quotes are submitted in accordance with IMS procedures Develop and maintain strong customer contacts Establishing excellent trading relationships with both internal and external customers Pro-actively target new and lapsed customers Manage all sample requests from internal and external sources> arrange for these to be provided within stated time-scales and as directed by the appropriate sales personnel Ensure the timely administration of quotes and contract within E1 system Accurate completion of monthly reports and filing of customers enquiries, quotations and orders What will you bring?
