Salary circa £27,500 (DOE) ote £35,900 (Open Ended) + Company Car and Benefits
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a field sales professional to join a market Leading manufacturer of park homes.
Having recently invested heavily into larger manufacturing facilities, this company is looking to expand their business further within the market through the recruitment of Sales Representatives that will focus on raising brand awareness and build relationships within their target routes to market.
You will be conduction circa 10-12 visits daily, delivering brochures and identifying potential opportunities to sell park homes to park owners and their management teams as well as ensuring that the company is seen as the first port of call for premium tailor-made park homes. The parks vary in their purpose. Some are purely leisure / holiday / weekend retreats, some retirement and some permanent residential often where people have sold a larger property downsizing prior to retirement.
You will be joining a family business that invests in their people through the provision of training and career development opportunities.
About you:
Previous experience in field sales within the business to business sector is essential.
Construction sales experience a bonus but not essential
Experience selling a product rather than a service is important
Competent user of Microsoft office
Previous experience with CRM systems
Confident & outgoing individual
Competent relationship builder
The Rewards:
Salary basic to £27,500
An ote of £35,900 for hitting target but open ended for over achievers
