We are currently looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our Sales team at our Head Office in York. As a Sales Support Coordinator you will respond to opportunities from existing and potential customers, providing a high level of service to ensure the Sales (E & W) order potential is maximised. Role Details
  • Salary: £22,000 per annum + commission scheme
  • Role based: York (YO32 9PT)
  • Contract type: Permanent
  • Annual leave: 25 days plus bank holidays
Role Responsibilities
  • Qualify, process and follow up opportunities from potential customers.
  • Carry out proactive business development campaigns completing telesales calls and phone follow-up in liaison with Area Managers and negotiate sales orders.
  • Develop and maintain a close working relationship with the field sales force and to support them in maximising their order potential.
  • Record the progress of each sales opportunity on CRM.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service at all times.

  • GCSE or Equivalent Levels of education
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Previous experience in a Sales, Customer Service or Telesales environment
  • Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment and ability to work under time pressure
  • Experience of using CRM systems e.g. Microsoft Dynamics would be desirable but not essential
