What This Role Is All About
Be part of our client's team as a Sales Support Specialist, assisting the sales department with administrative, operational, and customer-facing tasks. You'll ensure seamless sales operations by managing data, preparing reports, coordinating with clients, and providing timely support to account managers and sales representatives.

What You'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player
What You'll Be Doing Every Day
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including quotations, proposals, and sales documents
- Manage and update customer databases (CRM) with accurate client and opportunity information
- Assist with lead generation, qualification, and follow-ups to support business development
- Respond to client inquiries with timely and professional communication
- Coordinate with marketing, finance, operations, and customer service teams to support sales activities
- Track and monitor sales performance, preparing regular reports and dashboards
- Support client onboarding by ensuring documentation and requirements are complete
- Schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and support sales events or campaigns
- Ensure compliance with company sales processes, policies, and customer service standards
