Dove & Hawk are, once again, assisting our trusted partner, a prestigious FTSE 100 developer. They are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Team Leader to drive property sales across their most successful development.

ou will play a pivotal role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service to prospective buyers. Working closely with the Sales Manager, you will help devise and implement sales strategies to achieve profitable sales in line with the agreed budget. You will also oversee a competent sales team and supporting agents while providing reports and presentations to the Sales Manager as needed.



Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Service:

  • Assist the Sales Manager with daily operations of the Sales & Marketing suite and related administrative functions, including Health & Safety compliance.
  • Manage the sales database to maximize all sales opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, aiming to maintain a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 90% or higher.
  • Work collaboratively with the customer service team to ensure prompt progression of reservations to exchange.
  • Engage with potential buyers, understand their needs, and provide detailed information about our developments while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Promote and drive complete customer adoption of the in-house system.

Marketing and Promotion:

  • Support the implementation of marketing strategies to attract potential buyers.
  • Participate in promotional events, open houses, and exhibitions.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities.

Administration:

  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Ensure all reservation records and sales activity data are promptly and accurately recorded.
  • Oversee and assist in producing AML packs to ensure all customers meet due diligence requirements.
  • Ensure all data and sales documents comply with company standards and GDPR.

Virtual Appointments:

  • Schedule and conduct virtual appointments and tours for clients who prefer remote interactions.
  • Use virtual meeting tools to deliver comprehensive presentations and address client queries.

Sales Team Leadership:

  • Regularly appraise, train, mentor, and support the personal development of the sales team.
  • Develop and implement advanced sales strategies to drive higher sales performance.
  • Assist the team with managing high-value transactions and complex client negotiations.
  • Represent the company at high-profile events and meetings.
  • Provide detailed market analysis and insights to senior management.
  • Lead the team in the absence of the Sales Manager.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Extensive experience in property sales, with a proven track record of high performance.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Advanced negotiation and sales strategy skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Strong analytical and market research skills.

  • Basic Salary: £35,000 - £38,000
  • OTE: £70,000 - £74,000
  • Working Hours: 5 out of 7 days on a rotating schedule, including 3 out of 4 weekends per month with 2 days off during the week.
