To manage and direct all aspects of scaffold operations, to include (but not limited to) people, functions, and teams responsible for completing production.

This is a Roaming role. All our sites are within London and are easily accessible via Public Transport.


Main Responsibilities:

  • In accordance with corporate responsibility for the business, work effectively as part of the senior management team and take a "whole company" perspective to managing issues.
  • The job holder has corporate responsibilities which extend across all business areas, and which require the job holder to actively promote best practice throughout the company.
  • Will have previous experience as Scaffolding Manager.
  • Must be organised, manage time effectively, able to deliver work on time and of a consistently high standard.
  • Able to prioritise and manage.
  • Design is CAT 3 Checked in line with company procedure, prior to construction.
  • Ensure that all scaffold structures are constructed to TG2021 or a design.
  • To ensure statutory inspections of PPE occur regularly.
  • That RAMS are produced including amendments when required.
  • Identify critical path issues such as services and ensure plans are in place to meet key dates.
  • Comply with responsibilities as laid down in the Group's Health, Safety & Environment Policy to ensure a safe working environment for employed, subcontractors and members of the public.
  • Ensure the Department runs in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures.
  • Ensure that poor performance is not tolerated and is remedied via support, training, or disciplinary action as appropriate.

We're Looking For:

  • Advanced Scaffolder
  • Black CSCS Card
  • Temporary Works Coordinator
  • SMSTS
  • Knowledge of the TG2021
  • Working knowledge of scaffolding design
  • Proven ability to manage a complex scaffolding works.
