About the role
As Scheduler you will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of work to meet key business performance targets and ensure excellent customer service. You will be monitoring planned and reactive work activities across our IMR services which will include ensuring there is suitable resource on site at all times by managing this through our Scheduling System whilst maximising work schedules for the teams. Communication will be key as you manage several stakeholders both internal and external.
What do we need from you?
To be successful in the role you will have an eye for detail and enjoy working in a fast pace environment. It would also be advantageous to hold excellent IT skills, strong prioritising and decision-making skills, ability to work under pressure and in a reactive environment, where change is the norm. It would also stand you in great stead to be successful for the role to hold a strong awareness and understanding of water network issues.
