About the role
As Scheduler you will be ensuring there is suitable resource on site at all times by managing this through our Scheduling System, whilst maximising the work schedules for the teams and ensuring works are completed within time and KPI measures met. You will also be managing customers who may be affected by the planning and movement of jobs. This role will see you have several stakeholders both internal and external at one time, so communication is key.
What do we need from you?
We are looking for someone who has an eye for detail and enjoys working in a fast pace environment. It would also be advantageous to hold excellent IT skills along with ability to work under pressure and in a reactive environment, where change is the norm. Able to demonstrate initiative and an awareness and understanding of water network issues would also stand you in great stead to be successful.
