We're currently recruiting for a Caretaker to maintain effective PFI service delivery at Radclyffe School on our Oldham Schools contract.


Key Responsibilities

In this crucial role, you'll help us to adhere to our PFI service onsite, taking deliveries and distributing materials, removing waste from external grounds, checking cleanliness of toilet facilities and report building maintenance issues to office. You'll also conduct machine cleaning, support caretakers with any ad-hoc requests and cover caretaking responsibilities during periods of absence and holiday. You'll liaise with the facilities teams regarding work progress and work closely with subcontractors.


What do we need from you?

Ideally, you'll have previous experience within a caretaker or portering role with a strong emphasis on delivering effective customer service. You'll engage in a positive manner and able to conduct any heavy lifting involved in line with the manual safety handling training. You'll also be able to produce paperwork and information to be used for reporting.
