Scrum Master
UK-based with visits to our Dartford Head Office as required as well as occasional visits to our offsite manufacturing facility at the Centre of Excellence for Modern Construction, Nottinghamshire.

- Our Research & Development team supports the global Laing O'Rourke business through improving delivery, certainty and productivity, and advancing our reputation as leaders for innovation and engineering excellence.
What will the role look like?
- Scrum Master for the Transformation & Innovation team which supports the global Laing O'Rourke business through improving our ability to win work, improving delivery certainty and productivity, and advancing our reputation as a leader for innovation and engineering excellence.
- A key member of the Technical Function, supporting the management, assurance and performance of projects, and lead support of opportunities from their transition to Agile ways of working.
What skills & experience are we looking for?
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in playing Scrum Master role across a diverse portfolio of Products that comprised of minimum 2 Scrum teams.
- Hands-on experience in managing projects and documentation within Atlassian toolset (Jira and Confluence) and detailed understanding of the PowerApps suite of tools.
- Accreditation on Agile Scrum Master.
- Experience of working with Scrum in an Agile or Scaled Agile (e.g. SAFe), DevOps environment.
- Knowledge of Agile approaches XP, Kanban, Crystal etc is desirable.
- Experience working in a Research & Development environment is desirable
