This is a great opportunity to play a key role in our highly experienced project delivery team delivering the iconic redevelopment of London Olympia.
What do we look for?
- Contribute to the achievement of Laing O'Rourke safety targets and zero tolerance of unsafe working practices and occurrences
- To deliver sections packages of the project to the client within time, cost, quality, safety, and corporate responsibility parameters
- To work with the planning team to develop detailed and accurate short-term programmes of work.
- To implement, measure and report on our Environmental Management Plan.
- To continually revise the site induction and give daily presentations.
- To manage the budget and delivery of the section of the project
- To plan the resource requirement and communicate these to the construction team
- Contribute to the contract review process
What skills and experience are we looking for?
- HSE management - responsibilities, systems, and processes, communicating and enthusing others
- Project Delivery - scope, timescales, cost, and client needs
- Project handover - driving standards, deadlines, problem-solving, and resource planning
- The ideal candidate will have a good commercial awareness
- Present good leadership skills
- Possess excellent communication skills
