Elk are recruiting for their Dublin based client who supply fire and security management systems to the commercial, industrial and hospitality industry, and are continuing to grow their team of field technicians and actively seeking Intruder Alarm Installations & Service Technicians. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-regarded and growing company
Responsibilities:
- Understand customer requirements and provide the right level of response.
- You will travel to various customer locations (this is a field position), installing and
servicing security equipment, providing the highest level of customer service.
The ideal candidate should have considerable service experience in Intruder Alarms, Access
Control & IP & Analogue CCTV Systems
Requirements:
- Possess excellent customer service and communication skills, as on a day to day
basis you will be dealing with the company's customers.
- Hold a clean driving licence as the company will provide a vehicle.
- Be honest and reliable.
- Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
- Experience in servicing commercial fire alarm systems is an advantage for this role
IT literate and proficient in MS office and relevant security system software packages
