JOB TITLE: SEN Funding Officer
LOCATION: Stamford, Lincolnshire
SALARY: £10.46 per hour + statutory holiday pay

QRS is working on behalf of an established Further Education College within the Lincolnshire area and is looking for a Special Educational Needs Funding Officer to effectively manage the Additional Needs Department budget.

This is a full-time role (37 hours per week) to start from September 19, with an opportunity for the role to become permanent for the right candidate. To be suitable you must have strong administration skills and be proactive at communicating budgeting needs.

Key Accountabilities:
* Prepare and maintain regular reports on ALS
* Take responsibility for ensuring support is being delivered in line with the college contractual agreements.
* Manage working relationships with Local Authorities regarding ALS and high needs funding.
* Ensure the college receives support funding for Higher Education students as appropriate.
* Liaise with the Finance department in relation to payments received from Local Authorities and analysis of expected funding values and raising of payment requests and invoices.


Suitable candidates will meet the following criteria:
* Hold Level 2 Maths and English.
* Previous experience of working with ALS is desirable.
* Have excellent communication skills.
