Position: Senior Accountant
Salary: Neg DOE
Location: Dublin 12
Responsibilities :
- Delivery of accurate and timely monthly and annual accounts.
- Management of cashflow and cashflow forecasts.
- Administer the capital expenditure budget as well as the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
- Management of the year end audit process, acting as the primary point of contact with the external auditors.
- Manage the monthly payroll and review the weekly payroll.
Experience Required :
- Relevant Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, QFA, CFS or CIMA qualified)
- Relevant experience within the construction sector would be an advantage.
- Strong Commercial and Business Acumen.
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent organisational skills
- Time management and ability to prioritize work essential
- Good interpersonal and management skills
