Key Responsibilities
Our North and Scotland Region Sustainability team require a Senior?Administrator?to support the project teams from the Manchester, Liverpool and Glasgow offices, providing administrative support to the Environmental team and assisting the Operations and Management teams with waste and sustainability data. Reporting into the Environment Manager, you will provide team support to ensure that waste management information is maintained at a suitable standard to meet the legal requirements. This varied role would include duties such as travelling to construction sites across the North West hub to support with their site waste management plan and database, and responding to general enquiries relating to waste disposal and the relevant legal paperwork. The role also requires delivering training on the use of the sustainability database, assisting sites in the resource use data collation and monitoring and reporting of environmental trends to support delivery against the sustainability targets.
What do we need from you? ?
Have you got experience in roles working with a variety of stakeholders, collating, inputting and analysing data, and have a high?IT proficiency? Do you have a keen interest in sustainability and environmental issues, and want to be part of a dynamic team working towards delivering carbon net zero projects? Have you got a strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks of varying importance? Then this could be the role for you!
