We are currently working with one of the UK's top Architectural practices who are seeking high organised Senior Administrator to assist the regional manager to join its team in Its Colchester office

Our client was founded in the 1940's and has grown to over 250 people across 11 UK offices. In this time, they have established themselves an industry leader in planning advice, heritage consultancy, building surveying, conservation, and contemporary architecture. Working with public bodies, charities, trusts, private companies, contractors, developers and individuals, this practice has been involved in the care and development of some of the best loved buildings and places in the UK and abroad.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the regional manager with fee and resource management using internal project management software.
  • Assist with monthly project reviews
  • Updating internal databases
  • document production such as Meeting minutes, certificates, and letters
  • maintain quality assurance procedures -Work with internal, external professionals and clients.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Ability to use Microsoft office programmes to a high level is essential
  • Experience in managing resources and logistics
  • Ability to implement new procedures
  • Good communication skills both Verbal and written
  • Able to prioritize workload and multitask.
  • Some experience of construction or Architectural industry would highly beneficial
