Senior Administrator (FM Projects Team)
Location: Flexible working available, where you will be based out of our Basingstoke office with some travel to other offices and sites 3+ days a week, with some home working available
Business Area: Kier Places - Facilities Management - Projects Team
Contract & hours: Permanent, full time - Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Kier Places are recruiting now for a Senior Administrator to join our Facilities Management Projects team in Basingstoke on our Government Property Agency (GPA), Ministry of Justice (MoJ) & Home Office contracts, where the main aim of the role will be to support our project managers to ensure they can concentrate on project delivery. Key Responsibilities
As a trusted & focused Senior Administrator, you will take ownership of the projects master tracker & weekly project manager update calls; ownership of document folders, CPA tracker, payments, queries, loaded quotes SLA tracker; and oversee contractor updates relating to completion, delays & mitigations.
Working collaboratively with a variety of internal & external stakeholders, you will be client facing & be dealing with escalations; running Concept CAFM reports; managing a team of up to 4 further administrators; and you will attend client calls to take notes and actions.
What do we need from you?
To make the most of this role, the ideal Senior Administrator will be a highly organised, proactive & independent colleague, who can work well under pressure with all levels of stakeholders, including civil service officials, subcontractor companies, and engineers.
You should have strong communication & relationship skills, previous experience with Project Management, CAFM and EDMS systems (e.g. BIM Extra, Viewpoint, 4Projects, Concept Evolution - Excel, SharePoint & MS Office competence is a must.
