Senior Architect job joining a growing practice with a strong pipeline of work over commercial, retail and residential sectors. They have just moved into brand new offices in central Leeds and are based 5 minutes' walk from the station!

This role would suit someone looking to take a step into a senior role, you will be working alongside the directors to ensure the quality of the design and delivery of their projects for their clients.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Managing two junior members of the team and professionally developing them
  • Working across RIBA stages
  • Managing multiple projects at one time ensuring all deadlines are hit
  • Using Revit , AutoCAD and Adobe packages proficiently
  • Reporting to the directors
  • Attending site visits and clients / stakeholder meetings.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5 years of UK experience is essential to this role
  • ARB qualification is essential and RIBA is desirable
  • Proficiency and proven experience working across all RIBA stages of a project
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience on Residential, Commercial and Retail is desirable but not essential.
