Senior Architect Job in Austin, Texas

Senior Architect job available with a growing architecture and interior design firm, headquartered in Dallas, TX. The role will see you involved in a range of typologies, with a particular focus on multifamily and hospitality. Offering a salary of up to $120k plus benefits!

Role & Responsibilities

  • Produce technical drawings and production aspects for a variety of project typologies from concept through to construction administration
  • Client presentations and meetings
  • Supervision of the design and technical delivery, alongside the Project Manager
  • Assist with advising the wider design team through the construction documentation process
  • Product specification coordination
  • Assist with project management for staffing, fee estimates, and scheduling
  • Day-to-day supervision of design and technical development of a variety of projects
  • Liaise with external contractors on bids, pricing, and projects.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of industry experience, with experience in hospitality or multifamily
  • Licenced architect
  • Degree qualified in Architecture from an accredited course
  • Revit proficiency and ability to produce full construction documents
  • LEED or WELL accreditations preferred
  • Driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Candidates must have an existing right to work in the USA to be considered for this position.
