This award winning national practice are seeking a Job Running Architect with a passion for historic buildings to join its small team in North Wales.

The practice works on a broad range of projects specialising in conservation projects. They have recently completed the transition to being employed owned. The office in Conwy is made up of a small close-knit team working on a number of historic projects.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Leading projects of varying scales
  • Working on the production of drawing packages
  • Assisting with the management of junior team members including allocation of work
  • Working closely with clients to develop desired end products.

Required Skills & Experience

  • ARB qualified Architect
  • A high level of proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Confident on the running of projects
  • Experience of historic buildings
  • Excellent design skills, paired with good technical ability
  • Minimum of 5 years UK experience
  • Highly organised and able to multitask.
