This practice is currently seeking a job running Senior Architectural Technician or Architect to work as the project lead on several residential projects.
Since 1966 my client has built a diverse portfolio of work and have established themselves into a practice offering architectural, surveying and project management services. This practice is ideal for all those from London or the Home Counties of Essex and Hertfordshire.
The office is made up of 19 people with 12 currently in the Architectural team. Due to a retirement and increased workload our client is seeking an experienced Architectural Technician or Architect to join the team
Role & Responsibilities
-Managing projects-To work directly with clients from initial concept design through to onsite completion as main point of contact
-Coordinating information required to support planning applications.
-To seek further opportunities for commissions from both our client base and prospective clients
-Working directly with external consultant.
-Good knowledge of current building regulations.
Required Skills & Experience
-Minimum of 5 years' post qualification experience-UK residential project experience is essential
-Developer led experience is high desirable
-Proficiency using AutoCAD
-Experience with Revit is beneficial
-Experience leading projects through all RIBA stages
-Excellent written and presentation skills
-Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, contractors and local authorities.
What you get back
