We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team. We would anticipate the successful candidate have at least 5 years experience in Construction Project Management as well as a good degree in a related construction based subject such as Construction Project Management. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of a project management service to the client on multi million pound construction schemes. This firm has an extremely successful track record and counts a number of very high profile developers within their client base. Their experience crosses sectors including PRS / Residential, Industrial and Commercial amongst others with many of their projects in the tens of millions in terms of contract value. We are therefore ideally looking for experience in this sector with previous experience of Design & Build also an advantage.
