Senior / Associate Project Management position with an independently owned Construction Consultancy based in Birmingham. This is a small but success team who are already well established with a number of commercial clients. They have built themselves a strong reputation with projects in sectors such as residential and housing, industrial and commercial / office space. Projects are largely within the £5-15m range with some residential schemes being several £10's of millons and they are keen to develop this further.
For this new opportunity I'm looking for a commercial strong Project Manager with ambitions to move into a Director level position in the future; the hiring client is looking for someone to become part of their management team. A Quantity Surveying background might be preferred but with strong commercial skills, not a requirement. The successful candidate will have experience in the Employers Agent role and will have a strong track record delivering projects from inception to completion. Experience within a Consultancy / Private practice or client side role is required.
