About the Role:
I am representing a leading construction consultancy in Leeds seeking a driven and experienced Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile residential projects, with a particular focus on Build to Rent (BtR) and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver full pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services on major residential projects.
- Work closely with developers, investors, and design teams to ensure project success.
- Prepare cost plans, feasibility studies, tender documentation, and contract administration.
- Manage and mentor junior QS team members.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
About You:
- MRICS qualified or working towards chartership.
- Proven experience in a consultancy environment, ideally within a large, multi-disciplinary firm.
- Strong background in residential projects (BtR / PBSA experience highly desirable).
- Excellent commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
