Job Title: Senior BIM Coordinator
Location: Crawley

Kier is one of the UK's leading Regional Builders, and our highly successful Southern Region is looking for a Senior BIM Coordinator to join the business.
Job Responsibilities:
Working with project teams, including external consultants, subcontractors and suppliers, you will be supporting the implementation of information management using BIM across a range of projects and sectors. You will facilitate and lead training on BIM processes and software tools to help engage and support our project teams to work in a highly collaborative manner. You will be responsible for ensuring our projects respond to any information requirements well, and produce project specific documentation to support information delivery (BIM Execution Plan and associated appendices etc.)
What Do We Need From You?
You will need to have experience of ensuring compliant COBie delivery specifically, and an appreciation of working to OpenBIM standards such as IFC. A good understanding of the UK's 1192 suite of standards is required, with the appetite to digest and understand the emerging ISO 19650 series being released under the UK BIM Framework. You will be able to join a network of experienced BIM Managers and Coordinators across the Construction business units for knowledge exchange and best practice, as well as play your part in delivering the Construction Digital Strategy.
