Our Client is an internationally recognised Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation engineering contractor with a well-established presence in Ireland, the UK and across Europe, working with excellent clients across various sectors such as Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Petrochemical, Industrial and Commercial. The successful candidate will join a well-established team on a new project and will assist the Project Manager in the effective management of the project from initial client contact to project handover and thereafter to end of warranty period. In effective management of the project the company's objectives in relation to service, profitability and client relationship development are to be achieved. In conjunction with the Group BIM Manager, the PM and the project team you will be responsible for the execution of various stages of a project as follows: Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Lead Coordinator, liaising , collaborating coordinating with 3rd Party Contractors and designers,
  • Chair Weekly Coordination Meetings and Breakout Workshops,
  • Manage Master Revit MEP Model,
  • Produce weekly Updates of Navisworks Model and issue Clash Detection Reports,
  • Work with 3rd Party Contractors and designers to resolve clashes,
  • Generating full 4D and 5D model
  • Co-ordinating with project team
Candidate Profile
  • 5-6 years' experience in M&E services coordination in site based role
  • Proficient in three of - Fabrication MEP, Plant 3d, Revit MEP, AutoCAD 2D and Navisworks Manage
  • Proficient in executing clash detection exercises in 4D and 5D model
  • Experience in leading, coordinating and collaborating with 3rd party services contractors and designers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Enthusiastic, creative, and natural problem solver
