Kier are now recruiting for a Senior BIM Manager to join our Construction Northern & Scotland team to manage the commercial resources of projects to maximise cashflow and margin.
Key Responsibilities?
As a Senior BIM Manager, you will work closely with the Head of BIM support projects through to a successful digital handover with the respective clients. You will liase with external consultants to ensure compliance with the BIM Execution plan, client EIR and associated BIM supporting documentation as well as manage a team running model federation, data validation and quality audits using Solibri, and validation of supply chain and client asset information in COBie and bespoke formats.
What?do?we need from you??
A history of experience in a similar role as well as a strong technical background and thorough software knowledge. A forward thinking approach with an interest in technology and innovation is also necessary for this role.
