Location:?This is an agile role where you will be based out of Llandridod, Wales with home working available and some travel to other offices and sites.

Contract:?Permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We are now recruiting for a Senior Building Surveyor to join our Design & Business Services team in Llandridod.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Building Surveyor will work alongside our private and public sector clients, by providing technical and financial project delivery. You will assist in managing the teams workflow, contribute to the wider project to ensure the service needs are met and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Your expertise will contribute to delivering the building surveying projects to meet financial and time objectives, provide technical guidance to customers and colleagues, assist with bids and proposals, and assist in meeting the business development objectives whilst representing Kier to an industry leading standard.
What do we need from you?
You will be degree qualified or equivalent within a relevant field, gained experince within a similar position, knowledge and experience working with private and public sector clients, and ideally be accredited by RICS. You will be confident in building relationships with clients, have a good understanding of Health and Safety/CDM regulations, and have experience producing works specifications and 2D CAD drawings. Having an understanding of BIM and opertional knowledge of REVIT would be advantageous.
