Senior Building Surveyor Job in Romsey, Hampshire

Senior Building survey job working for a multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Romsey, Hampshire. They are now looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their team due to expansion. You will be working on a variety of projects within the Local Authority and Residential sectors. This role offers a salary of up to £65,000 + £2000 car allowance.

Our client is a multi-disciplinary consultancy with offices across London and the South offering a variety of services to clients across Residential, Newbuild, Health care, Education, Local Authority Sector and due to expansion, they are looking for a Building Surveyor to join the Southampton office.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Undertaking a variety of surveys and inspections
  • Advising on Party Walls
  • Advising and acting in accordance with CDM Regulations
  • Coordinating with other members of the team
  • Working across refurbishment projects across a variety of sectors.

Required Skills & Experience

  • MRICS
  • Consultancy experience
  • Refurbishment Project experience
  • CDM Knowledge
  • 3+ years post qualification.
