Are you an experienced Civil Design Engineer looking for your next challenge in a forward-thinking, collaborative environment?
We're working with a well-established Civil & Transport Design Consultancy with multiple offices across the UK. They are currently seeking a Senior Civil Design Engineer to join their growing team in Basingstoke.
About the Role:
As a Senior Engineer, you'll take a leading role in delivering infrastructure designs for residential and commercial development projects. You'll be responsible for managing projects, mentoring junior engineers, and supporting graduates as they develop their design software skills.
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience in drainage and estate roads/highways design
- Proficiency in MicroDrainage and/or Civil 3D
- Strong leadership and project management abilities
- Passion for mentoring and developing junior staff
