Senior Civil Engineer - Land Development/ Development Infrastructure - Highways, Drainage, Earthworks - Birmingham - Permanent - Full Time - Hybrid

We're looking for a Senior Civil Design Engineer to take charge, on a range of exciting Land Development and Development Infrastructure projects, in Birmingham.

You will work alongside Chartered engineers who will be able to support your Chartership ambitions, if this is not already the case. The Role: You will be involved in the design of highways for developments, including estate roads, surface and foul water drainage design, and earthwork strategies including Cut and Fill. You will produce infrastructure design packages, including for S38, S278, S104 and S106 agreements. The projects will include an exciting range of projects in the residential, commercial and land development spaces.

Requirements:

  • Civil Engineering Degree or equivalent
  • Experience using relevant software:
    • Civil 3D/PDS/Site 3D
    • MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage or Causeway Flow.
  • Experience delivering S278, S38, S104, S106 (etc) packages.
  • Knowledge of Flood Risk Assessments
  • Knowledge of SuDS and Drainage Strategies
  • Be working towards professional qualification:
    • CEng, IEng
