Our client is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with infrastructure experience to join a well-established, independent consultancy based in Plymouth. Requirements:
5+ years' experience in Civil Engineering
Experience in Infrastructure projects (the ideal candidate will be able to handle a diverse portfolio of projects)
Accredited degree in Civil Engineering (MEng, BEng, or BSc)
Local to Plymouth or able to commute
Proficient in InfoDrainage and Autodesk Civils 3D
Passionate about career progression, both professionally and technically
Duties:
Creating project management plans, appointment documents, financial management reports, and drafting invoices
Preparing reports, calculations, specifications, drawings, and 3D civil engineering models
Conducting site visits, surveys, inspections, and preparing related reports
Representing the company at design and project meetings
Assisting in the preparation of fee proposals and supporting efforts to secure new commissions
