The Role: As a Senior or Principal Civil Engineer (both titles available), you will have the opportunity to spearhead the creation of design solution packages to support new developments.
This could include both private, and public sector projects, complex residential/commercial mixed use masterplan redevelopments, at new sites and brownfield in Central London. You will work alongside the Land Development and Building Structures teams, who work collaboratively between offices.

Requirements:
- Consultancy/development Civil Engineering background.
- Approaching Chartered status.
- Experience in the design of highways, highway drainage, surface water and foul drainage designs, and industry standard software.
- Knowledge of S38/S278 Highways Act agreements and S104/S106/S185 Water Industry Act agreements.
