As an experienced, efficient & effective administrator, you'll have a strong range of experience with contract & finance admin duties relating to property maintenance or facilities management services; strong stakeholder management and relationship skills, and a proven track record of superbly supporting a range of colleagues, stakeholders & clients.
Whilst not essential, knowledge of the Welsh language would be a bonus, as compliance with Welsh language requirements is needed.

This includes taking up your references, verifying your right to work in the UK, verifying your driving licence (if applicable) and a health assessment.
Due to the nature of this role, you will also be required to complete a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service Check (applicants with criminal convictions will be treated on a case by case basis.
