Location: Sanctuary Building, Whitehall, London
Business Area: Kier Facilities Management - Ministry of Justice & Home Office
Contract: Permanent, full time, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday

Kier Places are recruiting now for an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our Facilities Management team and to manage responsibility of the contract for the Sanctuary Buildings in Whitehall as part of our MOJ and Home Office account.

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will be the first point of contact and responsible for managing and delivering KPI's, as well as managing the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance. You will ensure the consistent delivery of best practice for safe, effective key services required at the Sanctuary Building account which is part of the Ministry of Justice & Home Office portfolio.
You will also be developing and supporting your team to carry out of hours engineering as per customer requirements and ensure data is accurate and suitable for the required CAFM system. The Contracts Manager will ensure engineers have correct skill sets to tackle the reactive and planned tasks whilst always thinking about upskilling the workforce.
As one of the main points of contact you will manage the interface with the Kier Helpdesk and customer as required, and ensure statutory compliance is followed at all times. We will look to you to manage the financial performance of the contract, set financial budgets, review the P&L and ensure it aligns to our forecast, and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance measures are met.
What do we need from you?
As a motivated and self-driven Senior Contracts Manager, you will have proven experience in a similar role in facilities management with an understanding of industry standard contracts. You should be a team player who will drive to help in delivery quality commercial service with the ability to interrogate processes and propose solutions and improvements.
