Based between the company Head Office and Client Office (10 minutes apart), the Senior Cost Manager will be responsible for dealing directly with the client and managing junior team members to help ensure this prestigious job is delivered on time and to budget.

The successful candidate should have the following:

  • At least 6 years post graduate experience working for Consultancies
  • Degree Qualified
  • Client facing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven track record of managing at least 1 project from start to finish
  • Can mentor Junior team members
  • Office Fit-Out experience
  • Ideally MRICS but not essential

Remuneration:

£55,000 to £65,000 per annum dependent on experience
