Senior Customer Care Coordinator Job in Tamworth, Staffordshire

A Senior Customer Care Coordinator job for a privately-owned house builder in their office in Tamworth. Our Client is looking to speak to candidates with property and customer services experience. This role is looking to offer a salary of up to £30,000.

Our client is a privately-owned house builder that specialise in producing sustainable high-quality residential properties across the Midlands.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Be the first person of contact to deal with customer queries in a professional manner
  • Manage the defects systems to ensure all issues are correctly recorded and maintained
  • Where required, carry out general administrative duties
  • Process visit reports following internal home visits, entering all relevant information onto COINS
  • Good understanding of product on new developments
  • Provide Management experience information to Senior Management team
  • Understanding of construction methods and terminology.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in property is desirable
  • Customer Services background
  • IT Literate.
