Senior Customer Care Coordinator job in Wimbledon, London
Senior Customer Care Coordinator job working for an independent property developer in South West London. Our client is looking to speak to candidates who have extensive experience in Customer Care and property. They are looking to pay up to £40,000 DOE + 33 days holiday.
Our client is a niche developer that are renowned for their experience with heritage projects and have won many awards for their work. Operating in the South West, South East, London, Essex, and Scotland, they deliver mixed-use and residential schemes to the highest standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- To record and respond to all communications by the Customer Care department
- Set realistic and attainable timelines for resolution of problems
- Liaise with Customer Care Manager regarding any customer issues
- Manage and coordinate sub-contractors recording all works that are undertaken
- Raise invoices and place orders as and when required
- Record all snags using COINS system
- Produce and maintain homeowners manuals
- Occasional site visits when required to.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in Customer facing roles
- Knowledge of the property sector
- Knowledge of the COINS system is essential
- Full UK Driving License.
