Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire
Contract: Full time, permanent
Responsibilities
As a Senior Design Manager, you'll be working with the team, managing the production of and provide assurance of, the design programme.
Your day to day will include:
- Assist the Senior Design Lead manager with discharge of the Contractor Design Management functions under the PCSA & Main Works phases of the Project.
- Manage the production of a detailed RDD release / deliverables schedule by designers and subcontractors with contractor design responsibility (CDP) in line with the agreed Task Information Delivery Plans (TIDP) and project schedules.
- Manage the production of and provide assurance of, the design programme.
- Liaises between Employer Project Manager and the MDC, the consultant technical advisors and the contractor's staff on design matters.
This role of Senior Design Manager is great for you if have:
- have proven experience in a similar role and be an excellent communicator and have a clear history of strong bid/proposal writing experience
- You should have experience of delivering BIM level 2 projects, including COBie data, LoDM, federating models and model clash detection.
- We are seeking an individual who is educated to degree level, or equivalent experience
