Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the design process for a large-scale green energy industrial project. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and cost-effective design solutions. Oversee detailed design development, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets. Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to maintain compliance and quality. Provide leadership and guidance to design teams, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement. Identify design risks and implement proactive solutions. Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Design Manager, ideally within the industrial or related sectors. Strong background in main contracting. Ability to work from the head office/sites in the North East of England. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
