Senior Design Manager required for Tier 1 Main Contractor in Cambridge. Successful candidate must show previous experience of working on large construction build projects £5m to £40m - such as Education, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare or High End Residential for a Main Contractor. My client would accept Freelance (Contract) or Permanent candidates - Freelance £400/£500 per day. Permanent £70k/£75k + company benefits.
