Role Overview:
The Senior Design Manager / Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the design management of a major project, ensuring compliance with industry standards, cost-effectiveness, and seamless project delivery. This role requires a strategic and detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in managing multidisciplinary design teams and coordinating with key project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Management: Leading the design process from concept through to completion, ensuring that all design work meets technical and regulatory requirements.
- Coordination: Collaborating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective integration of design and construction activities.

Candidate Requirements:
- Educational Background: A degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Industry Experience: Extensive experience in design management within the industry, ideally on large-scale infrastructure or complex building projects.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of design software, UK planning regulations, and industry best practices.
- Leadership Ability: Proven track record in managing design teams, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and successfully delivering high-profile projects.
