This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Development Project Manager to join a well established award-winning, London-based reisdential property developer. You will need:
- A relevant property based degree (incl. engineering) and/or RICS
- Demonstrable experience at all stages of a residential scheme with 200+ units
- Good knowledge of the London residential property industry
- Ideal but not essential, an interest in new methods of construction
- An interest to manage and mentor younger members of the team
- Ability to take your own initiative and find your own solutions
- Passion to excel and strive to be the best
- The ability to work in the UK with no visa sponsorship
