Location: South East, Isle of Shepley
Contract: Permanent, full time.
Responsibilities
Kier Mechanical & Electrical (KME) has an exciting opportunity for an individual to join its highly successful custodial delivery team. The added benefit of being part of Kier is that we are at the forefront of Technology, using Modern Methods of Construction (MMoC), while setting Social and Sustainable standards. Responsibilities include;
- Delivery of the electrical services supported by a mechanically biased colleague with further responsibilities for management and control of off-site manufacture production
- Logistics and installation and additional responsibility for sectional external electrical services distribution across the project
- Ideally experience within a similar role within the construction industry
- Relevant industry qualifications with a minimum of SMSTS (or equivalent).
- Demonstratable experience in people management, Programme and Sequence
- Be able to demonstrate a high level of competence in digital construction methods BIM & Field tools, commercial awareness and risk management
