I'm currently partnered with a renowned specialty contractor serving some of the biggest companies in the United States! They are looking for a Senior Estimator to join their team in Dallas working on state of the art Semi-Conductor and Data Center projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reviews and evaluates requests for estimates.
  • Reads all bid documents, specifications and drawings
  • Overlays drawings for any changes in scope using bluebeam or live count
  • Analyzes bids and suggest cost saving ideas.
  • Provide leadership and serve mentoship for junior estimators
  • Prepares propals letters and bid forms
  • Participate in client scope review meetings
Education and Experience Bachelor's degree a plus or equivalent required related experience 8+ years of professional industry experience in commercial electrical 6+ years of experience in an estimating role with a focus in large multi-million-dollar commercial projects Experience with Accubid and LiveCount Estimating Software a plus
