Responsibilities
As a Senior Environmental Advisor, you'll be supporting some of Kier's most innovative and technically challenging low carbon projects.
Your day to day will include:
- Working as a key member of our project teams, supporting several of our London commercial projects providing technical support on key sustainability aspects e.g. carbon.
- Managing and supporting projects with the delivery of client and project sustainability targets including construction, embodied and operational carbon and environmental standards such as LEED, WELL, BREEAM, LETI or Passivhaus.
- Promoting a positive sustainability culture through proactive engagement and communications with our clients, project teams, the supply chain and designers
This role of Senior Environmental Advisor is great for you if you have:
- BREEAM AP, LEED GA or WELL AP status
- Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills to deliver key sustainability messages, build rapport and influence at all levels
- Experience in construction and/or consultancy
- Hands-on experience of delivering complex projects within the built environment, building services or engineering, and development of low and zero carbon energy strategies.
