We are recruiting for a Senior Environmental Manager to join the Major Projects North Business Unit within Kier Highways supporting the Major Projects business and the large infrastructure projects we deliver.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Environmental Manager will provide a specialist service and advice to project teams on all aspects of environmental management and ensure environmental compliance. They will manage and support environmental managers within the Major Projects North business. Promote the Kier Highways Sustainability Strategy and meet targets within the One Planet Action Plan (OPAP). Support project teams in the recruitment of project environmental managers and specialist environmental support and to provide direct environmental advice to projects where required.
What do we need from you?
- Environmental/Sustainability degree or equivalent
- Member of an environmental/sustainability institute (e.g. IEMA)
