Join one of the UK's leading commercial property management specialists as Senior ESG Manager in their London team. You would be working within the growing ESG team to ensure employees, clients and properties are operating in the most socially and environmentally responsible way possible. The firm's ESG services are growing rapidly both as a stand-alone service line and in support of the firm's core property management and building consultancy services.
About the role:
- Social Value - Lead the implementation of social value strategies, reporting and reviews of possible portals and data gathering systems.
- Health and Wellbeing - Lead the implementation of Health and Wellbeing strategies and reporting. Preferably already hold a Fitwel Ambassador accreditation
- Sustainable Procurement and management of supply chain
- Data Management - Oversee the collation, validation and ongoing analysis of data and reporting for our client specific reporting such as SECR, Greenhouse Gas Reporting, ESOS, GRESB, Net Zero and REEB. Experience of GRESB and REEB would be beneficial.
- Oversee the Environmental Management System in compliance with ISO14001
- Training - Prepare and deliver training on legislation and guidance updates plus induction programmes for staff and Clients.
- The role will support the ESG Director and Business Development teams to develop the firm's ESG services to meet client requirements and industry trends, supporting bid activity where required.
This is an exciting role, you will be seen as an ESG expert and thought-leader on a breadth of ESG-related topics both internally and externally. They are looking for candidates with 3+ years ESG experience with a salary offering of £45K - £55K with 2 days WFH. On top of this, there are great opportunities for progression in the rapidly growing ESG team.
